A simple and tasty loaf for coffee or breakfast!
Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter
2 eggs
1 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 cup white sugar
2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 dash salt
3 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1 dash allspice
Directions:
1. Beat all ingredients and spread half of the mixture in a loaf pan.
2. Mix together the cinnamon mixture and spread over first layer.
3. Put on remaining cake batter and cut through with a knife.
4. Bake at 350F for 45-50 minutes.
