Cinnamon Honey Bars

This is a recipe from a card I found. They sound tasty. I haven't made them yet.
Ingredients:
2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1 1/4 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon baking soda
3/4 cup oil
1/4 cup honey, plus
2 tablespoons honey, separated
1 egg, beaten
1 cup walnuts, chopped
1 cup powdered sugar, sifted
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 tablespoon hot water
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350ยบ.
2. Grease 15x10inch baking pan.
3. In large bowl, combine flour, sugar, cinnamon, and baking soda.
4. Add oil, 1/4 cup honey and egg.
5. Stir until combined.
6. Stir in walnuts.
7. Press into prepared pan using waxed paper or hands.
8. Bake 18-20 minutes or till toothpick inserted comes out clean.
9. In small bowl, combine powdered sugar, butter, vanilla, hot water and remaining 2 Tbsp honey.
10. Beat until smooth.
11. Spread over warm bars.
12. Cool completely before cutting into bars.
