A great tofu recipie with both sweet and spiced flavours.
Ingredients:
1/4 cup green grape, halved
2 -3 stalks celery, diced
5 radishes, chopped
1 (150 g) package sweetened tofu, drained
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions:
1. Combine the grapes, celery, and radishes in a bowl; toss well.
2. Crumble the tofu and top the salad with it.
3. Season with cinnamon.
4. Enjoy!
