Cinnamon Glazed Almonds Over Roasted Fruits

This recipe comes from my Aunt Donna. She is 86 years old and still makes this on a regular basis. I love this with vanilla ice cream. Enjoy
Ingredients:
1/3 pound sliced almonds
2 teaspoons granulated sugar
1 egg white
2 plums
2 peaches
2 pears
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons red wine
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 300.
2. Toss together almonds and sugar then stir in egg whites until well mixed.
3. Bake on a lightly greased sheet pan at 300 turning occasionally until golden brown.
4. Remove from oven and break up slightly.
5. Cut all fruit in quarters and remove seeds.
6. In large bowl stir together honey, brown sugar, red wine and cinnamon.
7. Toss with fruit and place in a baking dish and roast for 30 minutes at 400.
8. Garnish with glazed almonds.
