1 1/2 cups sugar
2 tablespoons melted butter
1 beaten egg
2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 cup milk
1 cup brown sugar
4 tablespoons melted butter
1 tablespoon cinnamon
Directions:
1. Mix and pour in a well greased pan.
2. Sprinkle on topping
3. Bake for 20 minutes at 425 degrees.
