Cinnamon Crisps

A surgary and spicey treat. Great for holiday time or anytime!
Ingredients:
1 cup butter or 1 cup margarine, softened
1 cup sugar
1 egg, separated
2 cups flour
1/2 cup very finely chopped nuts
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon water
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 350.
2. Lightly grease jelly roll pan.
3. Beat sugar, butter and egg yolk with spoon.
4. Mix in flour and cinnamon.
5. Press into pan.
6. Beat egg white and water with fork until foamy.
7. Brush over dough and sprinkle with nuts.
8. Bake 20-25 minutes until light brown.
9. Immediately cut into rows 8x6.
10. Cool on wire rack.
