Cinnamon Crackers

Reminiscent of cinnamon graham crackers. Low-carb and soy-free.
Ingredients:
1 cup flax seed meal ( golden recommended)
1/3 cup almond flour
1/2 cup splenda granular, sugar substitute
2 tablespoons cinnamon
1/2 cup water
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 275 degrees.
2. Mix together dry ingredients, then add water.
3. Spread mixture on cookie sheet on silicone baking mat.
4. Cover with waxed paper and roll or pat out to even thickness - thinner is better, but thickness must be uniform so that edges do not overcook.
5. Score into squares using a pizza cutter.
6. Bake for about 1 hour, until crispy. Crackers will continue to crisp as they cool.
7. Allow to cool, then break apart on scores.
