Cinnamon Chip Pecan Filled Crescents

A great way to make cinnamon crescents for breakfast,snack or anytime!
Ingredients:
2 cans (8 oz each) refrigerated quick crescent rolls.
2 t.melted butter or margarine
1 2/3 c. (10 oz) cinnamon baking chips,divided
1 c.finely chopped pecans
cinnamon drizzle for topping (see below)
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2. Unroll dough,separate into 16 triangles.
3. Spread melted butter onto each triangle.
4. Sprinkle 1 C.chips and pecans evenly over all triangles,pressing chips and nuts gently into dough.
5. Place,point side down onto ungreased sheet,and roll into crescent shapes.
6. Bake 8-10 minutes,or until lightly golden brown.
7. Drizzle with cinnamon drizzle topping and serve.

9. CInnamon Drizzle Topping:
10. Place remaining 2/3 C.cinnamon chips and 1 to 1 1/2 tsp.shortening in bowl.Microwave on high approx 1 minute or until smooth.
