Ingredients:

  • 2 cups wheat flour
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 cups jaggery
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 cup curds
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 2/3 cup oil

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 200*c mix all dry ingredients in abowl.
  2. Blend curd ,oil n water together in a seperate bowl.
  3. Mix dry ingredients in this bowl n blend well bring mixture to a dripping consistency add more water if required
  4. Pour into a greased pan n bake for 1 hour.
