Ingredients:
1 cup(s) milk
6 tablespoon(s) butter, softened
2 1/2 teaspoon(s) dry active yeast
2 eggs
1/3 cup(s) sugar
3 1/2 cup(s) flour
1 teaspoon(s) salt
1/3 cup(s) sugar
2 tablespoon(s) cinnamon
Directions:
1. - parchment lined sheet.
2. Heat butter w/milk - let cool, add yeast, stir - let sit 10 min.
3. Beat eggs and sugar together, add yeast mixture, add flour and salt, mix till combined. Change paddle attachment to dough hook and knead for 10 minutes.
4. Grease bowl, cover and let sit for 2 hours till doubles in size.
5. Turn out on to work surface, flour, roll to rectangle. Smear with butter, and then cinnamon sugar mixture. Roll up, place on parchment, cover and let rise 45 minutes.
6. Bake 35 to 40 minutes - cook on rack.
