Ingredients:
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup oil
1 egg
1 cup buttermilk
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups flour
cinnamon sugar
Directions:
1. Mix together everything except the cinnamon sugar.
2. Layer in greased pan with cinnamon and sugar mixture.
3. Put cinnamon-sugar on top.
4. Cut through with knife to marble.
5. Bake at 350 F for 45 to 50 minutes.
