If you like cinnamon, fig and banana, you'll love this smoothie! It is fat free and any kind of milk can be used.
Ingredients:
3 cups milk (dairy, soy, rice, etc)
1 banana (sliced & frozen)
3 figs (frozen)
1 tablespoon honey
1 -2 teaspoon cinnamon (own preference)
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
Directions:
1. Place the glass of milk in the freezer for an hour.
2. Put all the ingredients in the blender.
3. Blend!
4. Enjoy!
