Ingredients:
1 3/4 cups non-dairy powdered coffee creamer
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup baking cocoa
1/3 cup instant coffee granules
1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and pulse until finely ground.
2. Store in an airtight container.
3. To serve, stir 1/4 cup mix into 3/4 cup boiling water.
