Ingredients:
1 lb ground chuck, beef (80% lean)
1/4 cup finely chopped green onion, plus more for serving if desired
1 tablespoon chili powder

salt and pepper
4 hamburger buns, toasted
1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 tomato, finely chopped
2 tablespoons ketchup
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, mix the beef, green onions, chili powder, cinnamon, and a pinch each of salt and pepper until well combined. Form the mixture into 4 patties.
