Cincinnati Chili
Ingredients:
1 quart water
2 lbs ground meat
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon cumin
2 large chopped onions
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
1 garlic clove
2 tablespoons chili powder
1 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon red pepper
1 tablespoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoons ground allspice
6 ounces tomato paste
1 1/2 tablespoons cider vinegar
3 large whole bay leaves
Directions:
1. Crumble raw meat into water, add all ingredients. Bring to boil, then simmer for 3 hours. Remove garlic toe and bay leaves.
