Cilantros Sesame Tofu Salad

This salad can be served at room temperature or cold. Light and refreshing salad.
Ingredients:
250 g fresh tofu
2 tbsp sesame paste
1/4 c fresh cilantros, chopped
1 tsp salt
2 tsp soya sauce
1/2 tsp sweet chili oil
Directions:
1. Cut the tofu into 2 inch (5 cm) cubes.
2. Cooking lightly in boiling water for 1 minute.
3. Remove, drain, and place in a serving bowl.
4. Make a sauce by mixing the sesame paste with the salt, soya and a little water.
5. Pour over the bean curd and sprinkle with the chili oil and coriander and serve.
