Ingredients:
6 ounces nonfat plain yogurt
1/3 cup cilantro, stems removed
1 garlic clove
1 serrano chili
1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. Add all ingredients to blender or food processor.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Refrigerate 3 to 4 hours to allow flavors to blend.
