If you love fresh cilantro, you'll love this salsa.
Ingredients:
4 medium tomatoes, finely chopped
1/3 cup minced red onion
1/3 cup chopped green pepper
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1/2-1 tablespoon hot sauce, to taste
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt, to taste
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
2. Cover and chill at least 2 hours before serving.
