Cilantro Rice With All Raw Veggies

Ingredients:
1 cup uncooked rice
2/3 cup cilantro, loosely packed
1/3 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup green onion, chopped
1 jalapeno (or to taste)
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 teaspoon olive oil
Directions:
1. Cook rice as usual, with 1 teaspoons salt per cup of rice. I always use long grain rice. However, you could use minute rice too.
2. Puree everything except the rice in a blender, add to the cooked rice, stir well.
