Cilantro-Miso Sauce

Ingredients:
1/2 cup cilantro leaf
1 lime, juice of
3 tablespoons miso, light colored
1 tablespoon oil, olive
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon mirin
Directions:
1. Chop cilantro in a processor until well chopped.
2. Add the lime juice, miso, olive oil, pepper and mirin.
3. Process until smooth.
4. Scrape down the sides as required.
5. Will keep a short period if refrigerated.
6. Serve with grilled beef, pork or fish; also over hearty salads.
7. Substitute:Fresh coriander leaves for cilantro.
8. Japanese soybean paste for Miso.
9. Sweet rice wine for Mirin.
