Ingredients:

  • 1 cup packed cilantro
  • 1/2 cup packed parsley
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1 tsp lime zest
  • 2 tbsp lime juice

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender and pulse to smooth.
  2. Salt and pepper to taste.
