Cilantro Lime Crab Salad

A quick and fresh crab salad.
Ingredients:
8 oz crab, chopped(i prefer fresh, but you can use imitation.)
1 yellow bell pepper, finely chopped
1 bunch of green onions, finely chopped
2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and finely chopped
1/4 cup cilantro, finely chopped
1/4 cup sour cream
juice of 1 1/2-2 limes, depending on size.
1 lime, wedged, for garnish.
1/2 tsp ground cumin(i like to grind mine fresh with a mortar and pestle.)
salt and pepper to taste
(optional - dash onion powder, dash garlic powder.)
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients and mix well. Let sit for 20 minutes. Serve cold, with crackers, tortilla chips. Also good served on half an avocado. Serve garnished with cilantro and a lime wedge. Easy and delicious!
