Cilantro-lime Chicken Tacos

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oil in skillet
  2. Add chicken, saute for two minutes
  3. Add garlic and onion, saute for 5 minutes
  4. Add tomatoes, boullion, lime juice and salt and pepper
  5. Simmer for about 15 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and most liquid is evaporated.
  6. Stir in cilantro
  7. Serve in tortillas with cheese and guacamole
