Cilantro Burgers

This is a great twist on a classic summer food.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 pounds ground beef
1/4 cup of minced cilantro
1/2 cup of wasabi mayo
1 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 tsp. minced garlic (or garlic powder)
1/2 minced roasted red peppers
salt
pepper
wheat hamburger buns
provolone cheese
adjust seasoning to taste.
Directions:
1. Mix everything in a bowl but the bun, cheese, and mayo.
2. Make 4 patties.
3. Grill.
4. At the end before they are done place the cheese on top of patties to melt.
5. Place bun on grill until lightly toasted.
6. Spread wasabi mayo on bun the put pattie on buns.
7. Enjoy!
