Ingredients:
1/2 cup rhubarb, thawed and sliced
2 tablespoons apple cider
1 tablespoon sugar
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan, and bring to a boil.
2. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
