Ciabatta Sandwich Filling

You can use beef, paneer or lamb.
Ingredients:
1 large onion (sliced)
200 g boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon coarse grain mustard
salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper (crushed)
1/2 teaspoon red pepper
1 tablespoon hp steak sauce
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons oil
Directions:
1. Thinly slice the chicken breast.
2. Marinate chicken with soy sauce, mustard, salt, both peppers, hp sauce and lemon juice.
3. Heat the oil in a large frying pan over a medium heat. Add the onion and cook, stirring occasionally, for 10-15 minutes until onion is gold brown. Push the mixture to one side of the frying pan.
4. Add the chicken with all marinade in the pan and stir-fry for 7-8 minutes until tender.
5. Stir the onion and chicken together.
6. Serve in ciabatta bread.
