Chutney Chicken Salad No Curry No Nuts

Ingredients:
2 cups diced cooked chicken
1/4 cup mango chutney
1 small golden delicious apples or 1 small gala apples, cored and finely diced
1/4 cup finely diced celery
1/4 cup finely diced red onion
1/4-1/3 cup low-fat mayonnaise
salt and pepper, for seasoning
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Use as a sandwich filling or serve on top of a bed of greens.
