Ingredients:
1 tablespoon(s) canola oil
2 cup(s) onion chopped
1/2 cup(s) yellow bell pepper chopped
1/2 cup(s) red bell pepper chopped
2 clove(s) garlic minced
1 teaspoon(s) brown sugar
1 1/2 tablespoon(s) chili powder
1 teaspoon(s) cumin
1 teaspoon(s) dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
1/2 teaspoon(s) ground black pepper
2 can(s) 16 oz stewed tomatoes undrained
1 can(s) black beans drained & rinsed
1 can(s) kidney beans drained & rinsed
1 can(s) pinto beans drained & rinsed
Directions:
1. Heat oil in a dutch oven over medium-high heat. Add onion, bell peppers, and garlic; saute for 5 minutes or until tender.
2. Add the sugar and remaining ingredients, and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
3. Top with grated cheese and sour cream
