Chunky Seafish Chowder

A chowder so delicious, you will want to make it forever!!
Ingredients:
1 tbps. oliive oil
2 alrge onions, chopped
2/3 cupo potato, peeled and roughly chopped
4 slices celery, chopped
4 slices smoked back bacon
2 (400 g) cans chopped tomatoes with herbs
2 cups stock (fish or chicken)
2 tablespoons tomato puree
salt & freshly ground black pepper
1 green pepper, dessede and chopped roughly
1 lb cod fish fillet, skinned and cubed (fresh or defrosted)
fresh parsley
granary bread
Directions:
1. Heat Oil in large saucepan. Add onion, celery and bacon and cook for 5 minutes. Add tomatoes and stock and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and cook for 12 minutes until potatoes are tender.
2. Add tomato purée, seasoning, green pepper and fish. Return to simmering point and cook for 7 minutes.
3. Sprinkle with parsley and serve with chunks of bread.
