Chunky Herbed Blue Cheese Dressing

Ingredients:
1 cup nonfat buttermilk
1 cup 1% low-fat cottage cheese
1/4 cup reduced-calorie mayonnaise
1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground white pepper
1/3 cup plus 1 tablespoon crumbled blue cheese
2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh basil
Directions:
1. Combine first 6 ingredients in container of an electric blender; cover and process until smooth, stopping once to scrape down sides.
2. Transfer mixture to a small bowl. Stir in blue cheese and basil. Cover and chill at least 2 hours. Serve with salad greens or assorted fresh vegetables.
