Ingredients:
4 avocados
1 cilantro (big handful, fresh and finely chopped)
extra virgin olive oil
freshly ground pepper
1 clove(s) garlic (minced)
kosher salt
3 limes (juiced)
1/2 red onion (chopped)
2 serrano chiles (thinly sliced)
Directions:
1. Halve and pit the avocadoes. Scoop out the flesh with a tablespoon into a mixing bowl. Mash the avocados with a fork, leaving them somewhat chunky. Add the remaining ingredients, and fold everything together to gently mix. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate one hour before serving.
