Simple alternative to oven cooked chips. Easy to make, tasty and healthy. A great side dish for any meat.
Ingredients:
4 x potatoes cut in to long strips
1 x teaspoon of dried oregano
1 x tablespoon of olive oil
1 x teaspoon of chilli powder
2 x gloves of garlic crushed
Directions:
1. Put the garlic, oregano, chilli and oil on a baking tray or in a oven proof dish
2. Mix in the potatoes until each chip is coated with the mixture
3. Bake for 40 minutes turning over the chips every 10 minutes
4. Season if desired
