Christmas Tart Shells

Storebought shells just aren't the same. My mom makes these every Chistmas, and it just wouldn't be the same without them.
Ingredients:
1 lb lard (i use tenderflake)
1 tablespoon butter
5 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
2 eggs
2 tablespoons vinegar
Directions:
1. Mix dry ingredients together until crumbly. Put eggs and vinegar in a cup and fill cup with cold water. Add to dry mixture and mix with hands to shape into a ball. Let sit in fridge overnight.
2. Pastry should be removed from fridge a few hours before use to allow it to soften. Roll out on a floured board to desired thickness. Cut out with flower cookie cutter and press in muffin tin.
3. Fill with filling of your choice, and bake accordingly.
