This strawberry shaped confection is a tasty and pretty addition to your Christmas trays. Ingredients:
1 (12 ounce) can condensed milk |
1 (6 ounce) package strawberry gelatin |
14 ounces fine coconut |
green icing |
Directions:
1. Mix together, reserving 2 tablespoons of the strawberry jello powder.
2. Chill the mixture.
3. Shape into strawberries,roll in the reserved jello powder.
4. With the green icing, make a hull at the tip of the strawberries.
5. Chill until firm.
