This sauce is very tasty and lemony and goes with the Christmas Carrot Pudding recipe I received from a good friend of mine Christmas 2007.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
3 tablespoons cornstarch
1 cup water
1/4 cup butter
2 tablespoons lemon juice
Directions:
1. Mix both sugars and cornstarch in saucepan.
2. Add water and stir.
3. Add butter and lemon juice.
4. Heat and stir until it boils and thickens.
