Christmas Pudding

Ingredients:
3 eggs
2 cups milk
6 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
salt
1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
1/2 teaspoon butter
Directions:
1. In a bowl, make a smooth paste of the cocoa powder with a little milk.
2. Mix it with the remaining milk.
3. Whisk the eggs, one at a time.
4. Add all the ingredients except butter.
5. Grease a pudding mould with butter and pour the mixture into it.
6. Cover.
7. Keep this mould in a bigger vessel of boiling water.
8. Cover with a lid and cook.
9. Turn the prepared pudding onto a dish.
10. Garnish as desired, eg: sliced kiwi fruits make a nice garnish.
