Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Remove prime rib from cooler 1 1/2 hours before cooking
  2. Place prime rib fat side up on a roasting rack.
  3. Season with sea salt, fresh cracked pepper and garlic.
  4. Insert meat thomemeter into center of prime rib.
  5. Sear 450 for 16 minutes or 8 minute per side.
  6. Reduce heat to 300 degrees.
  7. Cook until internal tempereatue reaches 125 degrees or.
  8. 2 - 2/12 hours for rare or 18-20 min per pound.
  9. Remove from oven.
  10. Meat will continue cooking during resting phase.
  11. Let stand 25 minuets before carving.
  12. Serve with horseradish sauce.
