Saw this online!! sound good! Ingredients:
19 oz tuna, solid white canned |
16 oz cream cheese |
1 tb lemon juice |
1/4 c olives, finely chopped |
1/2 c walnuts, finely chopped |
1/4 ts salt |
1/2 ts dry mustard |
1/8 ts pepper |
1/2 ts thyme |
parsley for garnish |
small pieces of red and green pepper for garnish |
Directions:
1. Spray an appropriate 4 cup mold with Pam
2. In a large bowl, combine cream cheese and tuna.
3. Add lemon juice, olives, walnuts, salt, dry mustard, pepper, and thyme and stir well.
4. Place in mold and refrigerate.
5. Unmold onto a serving plate.
6. Decorate with garlands of small parsley leaves and small pieces of red and green pepper.
