Use frozen peach slices and peach schnapps to make a refreshingly cool Christmas cocktail in your blender. Ingredients:
2 cups fresh or frozen peach slices |
1/4 cup sugar |
3/4 cup vodka |
3 tablespoons peach schnapps |
ice cubes |
garnish: fresh mint sprigs |
Directions:
1. Process first 4 ingredients in a blender until smooth. Add ice cubes to mixture in blender to 5-cup level; process until smooth. Pour into glasses; garnish, if desired. Serve immediately.
