I love maple syrup and I love when my maple syrup gets on my scrambled eggs. So I came up with this recipe for my family's Sunday Big Breakfast. My family loved these.
Ingredients:
1 teaspoon butter
6 eggs
2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
1/4 cup evaporated milk
1/8 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. Melt butter in frying pan over medium heat.
2. Mix eggs, maple syrup, milk and salt till combined.
3. Scramble in frying pan until cooked watching to prevent burning.
4. Serve with a drizzle of pure maple syrup or without.
