Chris's Special Roast Lamb Leg

This is absolutely delish! I have been nagging Chris for this recipe ever since I tried his ooh-so-tender roast lamb back in Uni days. Thanks Chris, my dear old housemate for this wonderful creation!
Ingredients:
1 1/2 kg leg of lamb
250 g oyster sauce
1 dash pepper, coarsely ground
1 pinch salt
5 tablespoons honey
3 sprigs fresh coriander
mixed italian herbs
2 garlic cloves, chopped
3 large onions, minced
Directions:
1. Mix all seasoning ingredients well and ensure the entire lamb leg is well-coated with the entire mixture.
2. Marinate overnight and bake for 2 hours at 180C (according to preference).
