Based on Alton Brown's smoothie
Ingredients:
4 oz 2% milk
4 oz pomegranate juice
4 oz peach
3 1/2 oz banana
4 oz blueberries (frozen)
1 egg white
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in blender and mix to combine. Gradually turn up power.
2. Mix for an additional minute to make it creamy.
