My husband made this recipe from scratch.This sauce is so good that it could be a meal by it self ! And I'm not just saying that because he's my husband. Try it yourself and tell me what you think ? If you have a lot left over like I do, just freeze the rest. Ingredients:
1 lb hamburger |
1 teaspoon italian seasoning |
2 (1 lb) prego tomato sauce |
1/2 green pepper |
1 small onion |
1 pinch thyme |
1 garlic clove (i use 2 cloves it taste better.) |
1 tablespoon parmesan cheese |
Directions:
1. Cooked hamburger until pink is gone; drain. 2. Mix the 7 other ingredients with hamburger and cooked until well heated then turn to low. Let it cooked for 1 hour. 3. Check and stir occasionally. |
