Chris Cakes Pancakes

Ingredients:
1 egg
3/4 cup milk
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 cup pancake mix (recommended: chris cakes)
Directions:
1. In a small bowl, mix the egg, milk, and oil. Stir in pancake mix only until lumps dissolve.
2. Preheat a griddle to about 350 degrees F.
3. Ladle batter onto hot griddle and cook. Flip pancakes when edges are cooked and bubbles on top begin to break. Serve immediately.
4. Cook's note: Add more liquid to batter if it becomes too thick.
