Ingredients:
3 cups all bran
1 cup water, boiling
2 cups buttermilk
1/2 cup canola oil
3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
2 cups flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
2 1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup raisins
Directions:
1. Soak cereal in boiling water, cool, stir in buttermilk.
2. Beat oil and sugar, beat in eggs, then mix in cereal mixture.
3. Add flours, baking soda, salt to cerealmix, stirring just to mix.
4. Bake in 400 oven for 15-18 minutes. Cool on rack
