I believe I got this recipe from my SIL, Rachel
Ingredients:
6 ounces butterscotch chips
1/2 cup chunky peanut butter
2 cups chow mein noodles
1 cup mini marshmallows
Directions:
1. Melt peanut butter and butterscotch chips over low heat.
2. Add noodles and mashmallows, toss lightly to coat.
3. Drop by spoonfuls onto sheet.
4. Cool.
