Chow Mein Casserole

Ingredients:
2 lbs ground beef
1/2 cup uncooked brown rice
26 ounces cream of mushroom soup
4 tablespoons soy sauce
1 cup finely chopped celery
1 cup finely chopped onion
2 cups water
1 can chow mein noodles
Directions:
1. Brown ground beef until done; drain well.
2. Mix together rice, soup, soy sauce, celery, onion and water.
3. Bake at 300 degrees for 1-1/2 hours.
4. Add noodles during the last 15 minutes of baking.
