This is one of my husbands most favorite topping for hotdogs and burgers.
Ingredients:
12 green peppers
12 red peppers
6 white onions
1 head cabbage
6 stalks celery
1/2 cup sugar
1 tablespoon celery seed
1 teaspoon mustard seeds
1 teaspoon ground cloves
1 teaspoon ginger
1 teaspoon ground parsley
salt
1/4 teaspoon allspice
1 tablespoon black pepper
1 quart white vinegar
Directions:
1. Dice vegetables small.
2. Mix all ingredients Well.
3. Boil 30 minutes.
