This rice meal is very easy to prepare, perfect for people on the go who needs a quick yet heavy meal before leaving for work or school.
Ingredients:
- chorizo macau
- whole corn kernel
- green peas
- tomato sauce
- garlic
- onion
- rice, cooked
Directions:
1. Saute garlic and onion, then add chorizo (cut diagonally). Once cooked, add tomato sauce and let it simmer. Then add rice, corn kernels and green peas. Mix well. Add salt and pepper to taste.
