2 yellow squash, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
12 ounces cherry tomatoes
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil

1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup fresh mint, chopped
Directions:
